Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a BIM Architect. In this role, the BIM Architect will be responsible for developing and managing detailed architectural drawings and construction documentation using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. They will also coordinate with design and construction teams to produce accurate submittals and ensure compliance with design standards. Regular collaboration with project stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of architectural projects is a key responsibility.QualificationsProficiency in Architecture and creation of accurate Architectural DrawingsExpertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Construction DrawingsExperience in preparing and reviewing SubmittalsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teamsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsBachelor's degree in Architecture or related fieldExperience with BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD) is requiredKnowledge of local building codes and regulations is advantageousPrior experience in managing large-scale architectural projects is a plusPrior experience in managing Airport and Healthcare projects is a plus
