Job Title: Senior Payroll AnalystSalary: ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per monthLocation: RemoteEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Payroll Analyst to manage full-cycle payroll operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and a strong understanding of payroll compliance, reporting, and analytics.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess end-to-end payroll using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accurate and timely payroll completion.Validate employee data, timesheets, earnings, deductions, bonuses, and tax withholdings.Perform payroll reconciliations and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.Troubleshoot and resolve payroll discrepancies and system issues.Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to maintain data accuracy and streamline workflows.Prepare payroll metrics, dashboards, and audit-ready documentation.Address and resolve employee payroll inquiries professionally and promptly.Recommend and implement payroll process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.Mandatory hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now.4–7 years of payroll processing and payroll analysis experience.Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards.Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Formulas, etc.).Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.High accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.Preferred SkillsExperience with HRIS integrations and workflow automation.Prior experience supporting payroll audits.Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
