This role is ideal for an individual with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology who is eager to learn and work on cutting-edge agentic AI systems. You will be trained and mentored by experienced professionals to develop AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making and task executionKey Responsibilities Assist in building, refining, and deploying intelligent AI agents for various workflows, including automation, data analysis, and customer support.Learn and implement agentic workflows using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) via APIs, such as OpenAI, Gemini, and Claude, and design effective prompts and reasoning chains to guide agent behavior.Work with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, vector databases, and embeddings to provide agents with context and memory.Connect AI agents to external tools, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and APIs, such as CRM, email, and calendar, to enhance their functionality and enable action-taking.Conduct testing, debugging, and performance benchmarking to ensure AI agents are accurate, reliable, and free from bias or "hallucinations".Participate in team meetings, document workflows and technical specifications, and collaborate with product and engineering teams.Stay updated with the latest advancements in agentic AI, automation trends, and research papers, bringing innovative ideas to the team.QualificationsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.Strong foundational knowledge of Python and familiarity with relevant libraries, including NumPy and Pandas.Basic understanding of AI, machine learning (ML), and Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts.AI programming and API integrations to AWS.Familiarity with APIs, databases, and version control systems (Git/GitHub).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking abilities.Eagerness to learn, high ownership, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills.Preferred (Good to Have)Cloud & integrations: AI programming and API integrations on AWS.AI ecosystem: Any AI programming experience including AIQC, R Programming, Palantir/Foundry etc. Data Fundamentals: Understanding of Data Architectures, understanding of Data Modeling (PDS, ADaM etc. )Exposure to AI agent frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI through personal projects or coursework.Hands-on experience with vector databases, such as Pinecone and Chroma, and RAG pipelines.What We OfferHands-on experience with cutting-edge AI technologies and real-world projects.Mentorship from experienced industry leaders.Opportunity for a full-time position based on performance.A collaborative and innovative work environment
