The ideal candidate brings strong sales expertise, team management experience, and a data-backed approach to decision-making.Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop the inside sales team to achieve monthly targets. Manage the complete sales funnel — lead qualification, nurturing, conversion, and retention. Analyze sales performance, track KPIs, and implement improvement strategies. Coordinate with marketing, operations, and product teams for smooth conversion and customer experience. Optimize scripts, pitches, and calling workflows for better conversions. Handle escalations and ensure high-quality customer interactions.Requirements: 5–8 years of inside sales experience, with at least 2-3 years leading a team. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work with CRM tools, sales dashboards, and reporting metrics. Target-driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
