We are seeking a highly skilledDental Practice Management (PMS) Analystwith strong domain knowledge ofdental clinic operations, practice management systems, and financial workflows . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with majordental PMS platformsand a deep understanding of clinical, operational, and financial interfaces.Experience: 4 to 8 years Location- Remote(India)Key Responsibilities Analyse, interpret, and validate data across various Dental Practice Management Software (PMS) platforms, including Power Practice, Abeldent, Dentrix, Tracker, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, and others. Understand and navigate PMS interfaces such as: Patient Demographics Ledgers Appointments Treatment Plans Claims & Insurance Guarantors & Financial Responsibility Perform detailed analysis on financial and operational metrics: Production & Collection Production Adjustments & Collection Adjustments Accounts Receivable (AR) & Insurance AR Support data extraction, validation, and reconciliation for reporting, analytics, and migration projects. Collaborate with internal teams to identify automation or process-improvement opportunities in PMS workflows. Assist with test planning, QA, and validation efforts for PMS-related enhancements and data integrations. Prepare process documentation, requirements, and user guides as needed.Required Skills Strong knowledge of dental practice operations and PMS workflows. Experience with at least one major Dental PMS; familiarity with multiple systems is a major plus. Solid understanding of dental financial concepts and ledger-level details. Experience with insurance workflows, claims lifecycle, and AR management. Strong analytical and documentation skills. Ability to partner with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Preferred / Additional Skills Hands-on experience writing SQL queries for data analysis, validation, or troubleshooting. Experience with reporting/visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Proficiency in documentation and project-tracking tools like JIRA and Confluence. Exposure to data analytics, QA processes, or EDW/BI environments is a plus.Preferred Qualification Graduation or post-graduation in any disciplineSoft Skills Strong problem-solving skills with a structured, analytical approach. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and navigate ambiguity.
