To draft, negotiate and support the performance of contracts related to the activitiesTo monitor contracts performance and alert if any deviation and/or non-compliance is spotted To maintain documentation related to contracts and life of the project, To claim for extra-cost and/or extension of time each time it is possible. To make sure the customer pays on time as per contract specifications To make sure the customer strictly complies with the terms and conditions set forth in the contract. To proactively anticipate the performance of the contract and the project To collect and store any evidence (invoice, PO, certificate, letter, etc…) related to the performance of the contract by . To manage the contractual relationship with consortium partner, customer and suppliers and to attend meeting with them each time it is required. To feedback, explain and share with Management the performance of contracts and operations;To draft claims, offensive and defensives claims and/or variation orders and to prepare comprehensive claims dossier in connection therewith;To commercially support and assist Project Director and India’s activities To liaise with externals Law firm and companies Legal Department.Primary ResponsibilitiesWriting, evaluating, negotiating and executing various contracts covering a range of transactions ;Creating and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers ;To assess and prepare claims from suppliers ;Support negotiations of claims, manage contractual changes and resolve disputes or conflict resolution with Contractors ;Maintaining correspondence, supporting evidence and documentation related to contracts , Communicating and presenting information to stakeholders regarding contracts and the contractual performance of the project. Monitoring contracts and moving forward with close-out, extension or renewal of contracts, Problem-solving contract-related issues.Qualification and Experience requirements· Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration and/or Law with specialization in Project or Contract Management. · Skills: Effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills Exceptional attention to detail, and talent for accuracy and precision Deep understanding of contracts, contract governance, contractual and legal language and the contract lifecycle Critical thinking skills and the ability to research and understand legal and financial implications Superior reading, writing, drafting and language skills in English (French language is desirable but not mandatory) Excellent understanding of the energy business, its services, customers and providers Mature, honest, proactive, pragmatic, resourceful and hands-on with good initiative. Independent worker who is able to work efficiently with minimal supervision. Fast learner with ability to work well under pressure. · Experience:Min 7 years relevant and similar capacity in project follow-up and contract preferably in roll-out sector or power industry.
