Role Description We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our team in Allahabad. This is a full-time, on-site role. You will be responsible for end-to-end development of front-end and back-end systems that power our blockchain and Web3 applications. Your responsibilities include: Designing and developing scalable MERN-stack applications Building real-time systems using WebSockets, Redis, queues, and distributed workloads Integrating Web3 functionalities (wallets, smart contracts, blockchain networks) Optimizing performance, ensuring security, and writing clean, maintainable code Collaborating with designers, blockchain engineers, and product teams Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across the stack Qualifications 4+ years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) Strong expertise with WebSockets for real-time communication Experience with Redis , caching, and pub/sub systems Hands-on experience in job queues like BullMQ or RabbitMQ Solid knowledge of backend architecture, API development, and microservices Minimum 1 year of experience in Web3 (ethers.js / web3.js, wallet connect, smart contract interaction) Understanding of blockchain technologies and decentralized systems Experience with Docker, CI/CD, or cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, Vercel) Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced startup culture with cross-functional teams
