We are looking for an International Telecaller to support outbound calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting for our IT services and tech staffing on a part-time basis. This role suits someone who communicates clearly, handles objections confidently, and knows how to move conversations toward meaningful outcomes. This can be a long term position for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Make outbound international calls (US/UK/Canada/Europe) to introduce our IT services. We will provide the lead list. Qualify leads based on need, budget, and interest level. Schedule appointments/demos for the sales team. Maintain an accurate record of call notes and follow-ups in the CRM. Required Skills Strong communication skills with a clear, neutral accent suitable for US/UK calls. Experience in international calling, inside sales, customer support, or appointment setting (IT industry preferred). Comfort with CRMs, spreadsheets, and basic outreach workflows. Self-driven, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
