For an international project in Chennai, we are urgently looking for a Business Analyst. Candidates need to have at least 5 years of Business Analyst and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and dashboarding platforms. We are looking for a motivated contractor. This position is long-term. Candidates need tbe fluent in English. Tasks and responsibilities: Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria by engaging stakeholders and translating their needs into actionable development tasks; Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project objectives and deliverables are aligned; Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions to capture business needs, document specifications, and clarify expectations for all stakeholders; Design and document process flows to visualize, optimize, and align business processes with project goals; Collaborate with key resources to ensure user interfaces meet business requirements and enhance user experience; Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and dashboarding platforms to present findings, support decision-making, and communicate recommendations effectively; Profile: Bachelor or Master degree; +5 years of experience working directly with clients, understanding their requirements, and delivering tailored solutions; Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders; Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams; Requirements gathering and documentation; User story development and acceptance criteria creation; Stakeholder engagement and communication facilitation; Process flow design and business process optimization; User interface evaluation and enhancement; Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and dashboarding platforms; Fluent in English;
