In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training sessions on SAP supply chain modules, including FICO and Materials Management. Duties include developing training materials, simplifying complex concepts for learners, providing real-world application examples, and offering guidance on business processes. Additionally, you will support learners in growing their skills and preparing for career opportunities in SAP-related roles. Qualifications Proficiency in SAP FICO and Materials Management (MM) with a solid understanding of related business processes Strong training and mentorship abilities to effectively guide and support learners Experience working in consulting environments and interpreting real-world business requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills for delivering clear and engaging training sessions Ability to design training strategies , structure course content, and adapt materials to different learning needs Prior experience in SAP training, corporate training, or classroom facilitation is an added advantage Demonstrated passion for teaching, coaching, and empowering learners Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical, hands-on experience
