Job Description

Role Overview The Strategic Analyst & Executive Associate will serve as a high-capacity strategic partner to the Executive Director, supporting planning, analysis, and execution across Prestige Group’s development portfolio and the Public Arts Trust of India (PATI). This hybrid role blends analytical rigour with creative strategy, operational management, and discreet personal assistance. The ideal candidate is someone who can move fluidly between financial models, cultural programming, executive communication, and daily coordination — ensuring that the Executive Director’s professional and personal ecosystem functions seamlessly. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Planning & Business Development Conduct market research and financial modelling for new ventures, including a luxury furniture line and other design-led creative extensions. Develop business plans, revenue projections, investor decks, and strategic recommendation notes. Support partnership-building with designers, galleries, cultural institutions, real estate collaborators, and investors. Benchmark global best practices in luxury design, real estate innovation, and public art programming. 2. Strategic Analysis & Reporting Prepare analytical briefs, dashboards, and performance reports for Prestige Group projects (sales, construction progress, budgeting, and revenue realisation). Synthesise insights into concise, actionable decision notes for senior leadership. Track competitor movements, policy changes, and sector trends across real estate and culture. 3. Project & Operations Management Oversee multi-sector projects across Prestige and PATI, ensuring cross-team coordination, timely execution, and operational accountability. Maintain trackers and master dashboards for all live initiatives — development, cultural programming, partnerships, philanthropy, and events. Anticipate challenges and propose strategic or operational solutions proactively. 4. Support to the Public Arts Trust of India (PATI) Support PATI leadership across fundraising, sponsorship decks, institutional partnerships, and programme budgeting. Assist in planning and executing Jaipur Art Week, Jodhpur Arts Week, artist residencies, and cultural engagements. Draft communication, briefings, and board notes for the Chairwoman and Director with clarity and sensitivity to tone. 5. Executive Support, Calendar & Communication Manage the Executive Director’s calendar, meetings, travel, and weekly priorities with precision and discretion. Prepare briefs, speeches, emails, and presentations that accurately reflect her voice and strategic intent. Coordinate communication and follow-ups with internal teams, government officials, cultural partners, collaborators, and external stakeholders. Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth information flow across all verticals. 6. Personal Assistance & Day-to-Day Coordination Provide day-to-day personal assistance to the Executive Director, including task management, reminders, and coordination related to household, travel, personal appointments, and lifestyle logistics. Work closely with support staff (EA, household staff, drivers, etc.) to ensure seamless daily functioning and adherence to schedules. Help manage personal projects, events, and commitments with the same level of organisation and discretion applied to professional responsibilities. Be a grounded, reliable point of contact who helps ensure balance, clarity, and efficiency across the Executive Director’s full ecosystem. Candidate Profile Education: MBA or Master’s in business, Management, Economics, Design Strategy, or related fields. Experience: 4–8 years in strategy, consulting, venture development, or executive office roles, with added comfort managing executive and personal workflows. Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills. Experience in real estate, luxury, design, or cultural sectors is a strong plus. Work Ethic & Personality Proactive, discreet, highly organised, and able to manage multiple priorities across professional and personal domains. Strong analytical thinker with aesthetic sensitivity and cultural curiosity. Confident interacting across corporate, creative, and institutional environments. Calm under pressure, solutions-driven, and committed to excellence and trustworthiness
