Job Title: Senior Performance Marketing Manager (Google + Meta) Location: Remote / Gurgaon (as per your company policy) Type: Full-time Experience Required: 3–6+ years in a digital marketing agency managing D2C/Shopify brands Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager who can own the complete growth engine for multiple D2C brands. This is NOT an execution-only role. This is a strategic leadership position where you will: Lead Google + Meta ad strategy Manage a performance team Standardize workflows with ready-to-use SOPs Build and scale growth systems Communicate directly with clients Deliver MoM and QoQ results Ensure zero slip-ups in performance, hygiene, and decision making If you can think like a strategist and act like a performance leader, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy & Growth Ownership Develop end-to-end paid media strategies for D2C and Shopify brands. Own MoM and QoQ revenue, ROAS, CPA, and CAC growth across accounts. Continuously test, optimize, and scale winning campaigns. Evaluate funnels (TOF/MOF/BOF) and fix bottlenecks across creatives, audience, and landing pages. Plan quarterly roadmaps for each brand (testing, scaling, budgets, launches). 2. Paid Media Expertise (Google + Meta) Advanced knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager + Google Ads ecosystem. Strong understanding of CAPI, offline conversions, enhanced conversions, GTM, Analytics. Ability to read and interpret data fast (trends, patterns, anomalies). Execute, optimize, and scale Search, Display, Video, PMAX & Meta funnels. Strong command over attribution, incrementality, and true ROAS calculations. 3. Client Communication & Ownership Act as the primary performance partner for 6–10 active clients. Present weekly performance reports, insights, upcoming actions, and strategic roadmaps. Set the right expectations and proactively communicate wins/risks. Conduct monthly review calls and quarterly growth planning. 4. Team Leadership & Collaboration Manage and mentor a team of analysts / media buyers. Conduct daily/weekly performance reviews with the team. Ensure each team member follows SOPs, checklists, and guardrails. Delegate tasks clearly and ensure timely execution. Train juniors on scaling logic, funnel thinking, and decision-making frameworks. 5. SOP & Process Ownership You will bring or create “plug and play” systems such as: Campaign setup SOPs Daily/weekly performance review checklists Creative testing frameworks Scaling guardrails Reporting templates Budget allocation frameworks Landing page QA guidelines Pixel/tracking SOPs This role requires a person who already has a structured way of working. 6. Creative & Funnel Thinking Work closely with the creative team to develop high-impact ads. Brief UGC/static/video creatives based on data-backed insights. Understand D2C funnel psychology: hooks, angles, objections, social proof. Align landing pages, messaging, and offer strategies with performance goals. Required Skills & Experience Must-Have 3–6+ years in performance marketing in a fast-paced agency environment Proven experience scaling 10+ D2C brands on Shopify Deep expertise in both Google Ads + Meta Ads Strong analytical ability + dashboarding skills Comfortable handling monthly budgets of ₹10L to ₹1.5Cr per brand Strong communication skills (client-facing role) Experience handling a small performance team (2–6 team members) Good command over GA4, GTM, server-side tracking (preferred) Ability to create, enforce and improve SOPs Data-driven + emotionally stable under pressure Good-to-Have Previous experience running google/meta/tiktok internationally Experience with Klaviyo/Email automation (optional) Experience with Google analytics Creating a omni-channel marketing setup.
