Program Advisor We are looking for a Program Advisor who thrives on ownership, performance, and meaningful impact. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our prospective learners, guiding them through the complete journey, from their first interaction till onboarding. You will combine empathy with strategic insight, engage with both inbound and outbound leads, and ensure that every prospective learner receives a seamless and high-quality experience throughout the funnel. Key Responsibilities Lead and Funnel Management Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of prospective learners — from initial qualification to onboarding — ensuring consistent and timely engagement at every stage. Plan and execute structured outreach for inbound, outbound, and reactivation leads to maximize conversions and maintain a strong and healthy pipeline. Consultative Advising and Learner Engagement Understand learner goals, challenges, and motivations, and map them effectively to Kapable’s programs with clarity, credibility, and confidence. Personalize communication across calls, emails, and messages to build trust, create value, and nurture long-term relationships. Planning and Performance Optimization Prioritize daily outreach based on lead stage, intent, and conversion probability to achieve targets effectively. Leverage CRM insights and data analytics to track performance metrics, identify engagement trends, and enhance overall conversion effectiveness. Operational Excellence and Reporting Maintain structured follow-ups, accurate learner notes, and updated records within the CRM for transparency and forecasting. Participate in regular review meetings to assess pipeline health, discuss performance insights, and plan next steps to achieve upcoming targets. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in consultative or inside sales, advising, or relationship management, preferably in EdTech or B2C environments. Strong communication and active listening skills with a consultative, learner-centric approach. Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and familiarity with data-driven tracking. Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
