Job Title: Cosmetic Merchandiser Junior. Role Overview We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to design, plan, and execute store displays and fixtures for our cosmetics brand. The role involves creating visually appealing product layouts, ensuring brand consistency, and enhancing the customer experience across retail stores and e-commerce platforms. Key Responsibilities Visual Merchandising & Store Display Design and implement store displays and fixtures according to brand guidelines. Plan product placement to maximize visibility and sales. Create seasonal and promotional displays for new launches, festivals, and marketing campaigns. Ensure displays are attractive, functional, and maintain hygiene standards, especially for cosmetics. Fixture Management Manage in-store fixtures, including stands, racks, display units, and signage. Coordinate with the supply chain and store teams for installation and maintenance of fixtures. Ensure all display materials are in good condition and replaced/updated as needed. Brand Consistency Maintain consistency of brand colors, themes, and aesthetics across all retail touchpoints. Ensure that all cosmetic products are displayed following safety and hygiene protocols. Reporting & Analysis Monitor sales performance of products and displays. Provide feedback on product placement, customer behavior, and display effectiveness. Prepare regular reports for the marketing and sales teams. Collaboration Work closely with store managers, marketing, and product teams. Coordinate with vendors and agencies for design, installation, and promotional materials. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Design, Marketing, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in cosmetics or FMCG. Strong aesthetic sense and creativity. Knowledge of fixture management and store layouts. Ability to handle multiple stores or projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Familiarity with beauty and cosmetics retail trends. Experience with 3D design or visual merchandising software. Understanding of customer psychology and product placement strategy.
