Job Description: Finance Manager (CA Qualified) Location: Mahipalpur, Delhi Experience Required: 6+ Years Industry: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Similar Profiles About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager who is a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with over 6 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or similar finance roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring strong financial governance within the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and identify trends to support business decisions. Support management with financial insights for strategic planning and growth initiatives. Monitor key financial metrics and drive performance improvements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes. Manage month-end and year-end closing activities. Oversee variance analysis, profitability analysis, and cash flow management. Work closely with auditors, tax consultants, and external stakeholders. Required Qualifications & Skills Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) . Minimum 6 years’ experience in FP&A, finance management, or related fields. Strong analytical skills and business acumen. Proficiency in financial modeling, MIS reporting, and Excel/financial tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
