About the Company We are expanding our Neuroscience medical affairs team and are looking for two dynamic, field-based Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) to join us in our mission of transforming Neuroscience care. About the Role You will play a pivotal role in engaging key opinion leaders (KOLs), supporting product launches, and driving scientific exchange for a rapidly growing neuroscience portfolio—including recently acquired innovator molecules. Responsibilities Scientific Exchange & KOL Engagement Establish and maintain strong peer-level relationships with Neuroscience KOLs across academic and private institutions. Deliver impactful, compliant, and timely scientific interactions aligned with medical strategy. Serve as the therapeutic guide for products across multiple neurology indications, including Parkinson diseases (PD), multiple sclerosis (MS), and migraine. Launch & Medical Education Support Support the scientific launch of new Neuroscience assets through regional education initiatives. Conduct and support CMEs, advisory boards, and scientific roundtables. Support cross-functional teams with up-to-date clinical knowledge. Insight Generation Collect and communicate actionable clinical and competitive insights from the field. Contribute to medical strategy refinement through regular feedback and reporting. Collaboration & Internal Alignment Collaborate closely with Medical, Commercial, BD/Market Access, Regulatory and Pharmacovigilance teams. Participate in strategic planning, territory reviews, and medical-marketing alignment sessions. Compliance & Ethical Practice Ensure adherence to company SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and industry codes. Accurately and promptly report adverse events and product complaints. Qualifications BDS/MBBS/PharmD/MSc/PhD or equivalent in life sciences/clinical research. 1–2 years of experience in Medical Affairs or as an MSL in Neuroscience or specialty care. Demonstrated ability to engage with senior clinicians and thought leaders. Experience supporting product launches or targeted therapies (Parkinson disease preferred). Required Skills Strong understanding of clinical interventions and the Indian healthcare ecosystem. Excellent communication and scientific presentation skills. Ability to synthesize and present complex scientific data effectively. Strategic mindset with high executional agility. Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms. Preferred Skills Willingness to travel 60–70% in a month within assigned territories. Attend national and international scientific meetings as required. Be part of a fast-scaling, innovation-driven Neuroscience team. Play a critical role in shaping scientific strategy for both mature and novel therapies.
