We are looking for someone who manages sales and operations for Modern Trade - large retail chains supermarkets, hypermarkets), focusing driving sales, ensuring product visibility, negotiating promotions/pricing, managing stock, and coordinating logistics with internal teams to meet targets and grow business within the organized retail sector. Key Responsibilities: • Sales & Account Management: Build relationships with key buyers, manage Large Format Retail accounts, handle orders, and drive sales growth in these large formats. • Strategy & Negotiation: Develop sales strategies, negotiate trade terms, pricing, margins, and promotional plans. • Operations: Oversee stock replenishment, ensure timely delivery, manage inventory, handle Purchase Order processing, and resolve operational bottlenecks. • Cross Functional Coordination: Work with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Production teams to align efforts, launch new products (NPIs), and optimize placements. Required Skills & Competencies: • Graduate/Post Graduate in Management • 3+years experience in Mobile Accessories/Consumer Durables, specifically in Modern Trade sales. • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. • Understanding of retail dynamics, consumer behavior, and data analysis. • Ability to handle pressure, manage complex tasks, and drive results in a structured environment.
