Park, New Delhi Work Schedule: 6 days working (Monday–Saturday) Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Experience: Fresher CTC: ₹25,000 per month About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations. This is a foundational role suited for individuals looking to build a long-term career in Human Resources. The position requires strong coordination skills, basic HR knowledge, and the ability to manage routine processes with accuracy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Facilitate the onboarding process, including documentation, orientation, and joining formalities. 2. HR Operations & Documentation Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files. Handle employee documentation (offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, extensions, etc.). Support in preparing MIS reports, trackers, and HR dashboards. 3. Attendance & Leave Management Monitor daily attendance and leave records. Coordinate with employees for attendance regularization and corrections. Update HRIS/attendance systems as required. 4. Employee Engagement & Support Assist in organizing engagement activities, team events, and HR initiatives. Address basic employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and documentation. Maintain a supportive and approachable HR interface for employees. 5. Compliance & Policy Support Help maintain statutory documentation and HR compliance records. Support in implementing HR policies and processes across the office. 6. Coordination & Administrative Support Liaise with internal teams for smooth operations. Provide administrative support related to HR events, meetings, and documentation.
