Sourcebae is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager with 5 to 8 years of experience in full-cycle tech hiring. The role is ideal for someone strong in hands-on sourcing, able to manage fast hiring pipelines and confident in leading a recruitment team. The person will also manage and expand our vendor network to support wider delivery needs.What You Will Do Handle end-to-end hiring for a broad mix of technology roles. Build steady and high-quality candidate pipelines through focused sourcing. Lead and mentor a team of recruiters,set clear goals and improve performance. Track all active requirements, maintain discipline across Simplify the hiring funnel and close roles on time. Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to keep priorities aligned. Manage Sourcebae’s vendor network, onboard new vendors and review their performance. Strengthen vendor coordinationto support scale across different projects. Maintain clean reports andstructured documentation across all hiring stages.
