We work at the intersection of business thinking, emotion decoding, and visual storytelling, this is what you’ll dive into in every project. If you love finding meaning, exploring visual language deeply, and building brands people truly feel then you’re the right fit!We are looking for a DESIGN LEAD - BRAND & VISUAL COMMUNICATION, who is obsessed in translating strategy, insight, and emotion into clear, precise, and powerful visual universes for brands.Job Responsibilities1 Build brands & Visual systems a. Create and evolve brand identities and visual systems (logos, typography, grids, colour palettes, graphic shapes, illustration styles, iconography, motion directions, etc.). b.Design cohesive visual languages that can live across print, digital, spatial, and campaign contexts. c.Work closely with strategists and founders to turn brand positioning into visual territories and signature styles.2 Visual Communication & StorytellingCraft high-impact visual stories for decks, presentations, brochures, posters, social campaigns, OOH, and key brand moments.b. Use layout, composition, rhythm, and pacing to guide how someone feels as they move through a designc. Turn complex ideas into simple, emotionally resonant visual narratives.3 Emotion Through Visual Elementsa. Use type, colour, imagery, scale, contrast, rhythm, and negative space as precise emotional instruments, not just decoration.b. Build moodboards, reference boards, and concept frames that articulate “this is what the brand should feel like”.c. Experiment with visual metaphors, symbolism, and semiotics to deepen meaning.4 Design Theory, Methods & Processa. Apply design theories (like Gestalt principles, design principles, semiotics etc) consciously in your work.b. Contribute to and follow a clear brand-building process through; research →Strategy→ insight → concept → system → roll-out.c. Help the team build and refine frameworks, templates, and processes to make our design practice stronger, sharper, and more repeatable.5 Collaboration, Accountability & Ownershipa. Lead visual direction on projects and collaborate with writers, strategists, Design heads and founders.b. Take accountability for the visual quality and completeness of your projects from concept through final files.c. Manage timelines with clarity and responsibility: estimate effort, plan your work, meet deadlines, and communicate early if something might slip.d. Work seamlessly using project management tools. e. Mentor junior designers with constructive feedback, helping them grow in thinking, aesthetic sense, and process discipline.Qualification & Skillset1. 4+ years in brand / graphic design2. B.Des/ M.Des/BFA/MFA, PGDP design from leading institutions 3. Strong portfolio in branding + visual communication4. Deep understanding of design theories, brand building process, aesthetics, styles, movements and trends. 5. High skill in visual storytelling, emotional expression, and layout.6. Strong skills in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (Figma is a plus) & AI Design tools 7. Good observation, accountability, and time management.8. Strong desire to experiment, take creative risks, and push beyond the obvious while still respecting the brand’s reality and constraints.How to Apply1.
