We empower learners and professionals across industries with global language skills.About the RoleWe are hiring an experienced HR Manager to join our HR Leadership team. This senior generalist role focuses on HR operations, policy development, compliance, grievance management and overall HR governance. You will work closely with HR leads, senior management and department heads to build strong HR systems across our fully remote organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end to end HR operations including onboarding, employee lifecycle management and exit processesDraft, review and implement HR policies aligned with organisational needs and labour lawsMaintain statutory compliance, HR audits and regulatory documentationManage employee relations and grievances with fairness, clarity and professionalismSupport leadership with workforce planning, manpower budgeting and organisational structuringCoordinate with legal advisors for employment related matters and documentationPartner with HODs to address HR issues and ensure smooth communication across teamsEnsure accuracy of HR data, process governance and adherence to standard proceduresStrengthen HR frameworks suited for a remote work modelKey RequirementsMBA in HR from a recognised institutionMinimum 15 years of progressive HR experience in a strong generalist roleExperience in HR policy drafting, labour law compliance and handling employment related legal mattersStrong background in employee relations and grievance resolutionComfortable working with remote teams and structured processesExcellent communication, documentation and problem solving skillsHigh ownership, integrity and organisational maturityWhat We OfferA fully remote work model A leadership role with high impact on HR systems and organisational structureCollaboration with a dynamic senior leadership teamGrowth opportunities in a purpose-led organisationIf you are a seasoned HR professional who excels in structure, clarity and compliance, we look forward to connecting with you.
