Depending on the role, you will improve your business skills (regulatory gap-analysis, process engineering, Project Management, etc.) or technical skills (Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, etc.).Who are we looking for?We are looking for an experienced Fircosoft Consultant to join our team in a fully remote capacity supporting operations for our Mumbai entity. This role involves installing and configuring FircoSoft products, while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.Core Expertise:Proven hands-on experience with FircoSoft solutions, ideally including Firco Screening BOX and the latest Firco modules.Strong understanding of Firco architecture, components, and deployment patterns across complex financial environments.Experience with Firco Continuity and Firco Trust, including rule set customization and tuningInstallation & ConfigurationExperience installing and configuring:FircoSoft products, including activities that involve:Modifications to existing application infrastructure.Integration of AI-based modules and hit-resolution components.Development and maintenance of rule sets (e.g., Auto Hit Qualifier, Workflow Accelerator) to improve alert qualityUpdating module names, workflows, and dependencies introduced by Screening BOX.Integration & OrchestrationSolid knowledge of Firco ADAPTER and related orchestration layers.Ability to integrate FircoSoft with upstream/downstream systems (transaction systems, case management, messaging layers).Experience with REST APIs and enterprise messaging systems (e.g., IBM MQ) for FircoSoft integration.Infrastructure & Environment ManagementCompetence in managing multi-environment Firco setups (DEV, UAT, PROD).Understanding of network, security, and infrastructure requirements for Firco deployments.Ability to assess impacts on existing screening processes and propose adaptation strategies.Troubleshooting & OptimizationStrong diagnostic skills for Firco logs, workflows, error patterns, and performance tuning.Ability to support teams in addressing configuration issues, false positives, load/performance problems, and environment inconsistencies.Nice to HaveExposure to AML/Compliance screening processes.Experience working with large financial institutions or system integrators on FircoSoft rollouts.Languages:Mandatory: English, fluent written and spoken;Optional: other European language
