Role DescriptionThis full-time remote role requires an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment efforts and support our growing team. Key responsibilities include managing the full-cycle recruitment process, developing hiring strategies, optimizing employer branding initiatives, conducting interviews, and building strong candidate pipelines. The individual will work closely with hiring managers to ensure onboarding aligns with organizational goals and contributes to a positive candidate experience.
