The role involves overseeing sales operations, strategizing business development initiatives to drive business growth in AUTOMOTIVE OEM space.Responsibilities include developing and executing sales plans, analyzing market trends, and identifying new opportunities for OEM business expansion. The Head Sales Development will achieve sales targets also networking with OEM senior professionals, ensure effective collaboration across departments.QualificationsProven expertise in Sales and Business Development practices in Automotive OEM segment, with a focus on driving growth and achieving targets.Strong Network in Automotive OEM Sector.Proven Performer towards achieving revenue targets.Proven ability in Team Leadership, fostering collaboration, and promoting a high-performing team environmentStrong Analytical Skills and an aptitude for interpreting sales data to develop strategies and make informed decisionsIn-depth knowledge of Sales Operations, including process optimization and AI Software based reports and dashboard.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferredExperience in the automotive industry is a strong advantage
