You will not be fetching coffee. You will be learning the end-to-end process ofOutbound SalesandPipeline Generation —skills that are in high demand by every tech company in the world.The Mission (What You Will Do) Your core focus isOutbound Prospecting . You will act as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), identifying potential clients and starting conversations. 1. Strategic Sourcing (The Hunt) Identify target clients (HR Directors, VPs of Talent, and Founders) using LinkedIn and digital research tools. Build accurate contact lists of decision-makers in the North American market. 2. AI-Powered Outreach LeverageChatGPTand AI tools to craft "anti-template" cold emails and LinkedIn messages that actually get read. A/B test different subject lines and value propositions to see what converts. 3. CRM Management (Zoho) Own the data. You will manage ourZoho CRM , ensuring every lead is tracked, tagged, and moved through the pipeline correctly. Execute email campaigns usingZoho Campaignsand monitor engagement metrics (open rates/click-throughs). 4. Sales Enablement Create simple, persuasive one-pagers or pitch decks (using Canva) that speak directly to the pain points of HR leaders.The Profile (Who You Are) The "Hunter" Mindset:You aren't afraid of rejection. You view a "no" as just part of the process to get to a "yes." Business Fluent:You have advanced English writing skills (C1+) and can communicate professionally with US-based executives. Tech-Savvy:You are comfortable learning new software fast (CRM, AI tools, Automation). Curious About Business:You want to understand how companies function, how they hire, and how B2B deals are closed. Current Student:You are in your final years of study and want a resume builder that proves you can generate revenue.
