Job description- Provide support for Recruiting Management RCM and Onboarding ONB modules - Assist in troubleshooting system issues and resolving configurationrelated queries - Work with HR teams to ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding process - Optimize system performance by conducting regular health checks - Document solutions and contribute to knowledge base for issue resolution - Perform as an individual contributor with complete accountability for assigned tasks - Career Site Builder - RCMRMK integration - Should have worked on Data Mapping activities from RCM to ONB to EC - Required Skills - 4 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors RCM ONB 10 and 20 - Min 1 or 2 Implementation and support in each module - Strong understanding of recruitment workflows offer management and candidate pipelines - Experience in handling Onboarding 20 configurations and compliance requirements - Ability to work with technical teams on integration and data migration issues - Strong customer orientation and excellent communication presentation and conflict resolution skills- Certification in SF RCM RMK ONB10 and ONB 20 Module is MUST - Skills - Mandatory Skills : SuccessFactors Recruitement Management & Marketing, SAP Process Modelling Suite (Signavio, ARIS, Visio)
