As we expand, we are looking for a professional and people-oriented HR Executive to support our team and strengthen our internal systems.Role OverviewThe HR Executive will manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll compliance (PF, ESIC), employee engagement, documentation, and training.This role requires someone who is organized, detail-driven, and committed to building a positive culture in a digital agency environment.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations and Compliance- Manage PF, ESIC, payroll coordination, and statutory HR compliances - Maintain employee records, HR documentation, attendance, and leave tracking - Ensure alignment with HR policies and legal requirementsRecruitment and Talent Management- Handle full-cycle hiring for digital marketing, creative, and operational roles - Screen candidates, shortlist profiles, and coordinate interviews - Manage onboarding, induction, and orientation processesEmployee Experience and Culture- Act as the point of contact for employee support and queries - Help maintain a healthy and positive workplace culture - Plan internal activities, celebrations, and team engagement initiativesTraining and Development- Identify training needs across teams - Coordinate skill-development and learning sessions - Ensure new employees receive proper training and process orientationAdministration- Manage basic office administration and vendor coordination - Support leadership with HR reports, policies, and process improvementsWho We Are Looking For- 1 to 3 years of experience in HR operations with strong PF and ESIC knowledge - Experience hiring for marketing or creative agency roles is an advantage - Strong communication, people skills, and professional work ethic - Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentWhy Join Futurists- Be part of a growing digital marketing agency - Work in a culture that values creativity, transparency, and collaboration - Opportunity to build HR systems and contribute directly to company growth - Supportive environment with learning and career development opportunitiesIf you are passionate about people, processes, and building strong work culture, we would love to meet you.
