Sourcebae is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager with 5 to 8 years of experience in full-cycle tech hiring. The role is ideal for someone strong in hands-on sourcing, able to manage fast hiring pipelines and confident in leading a recruitment team. The person will also manage and expand our vendor network to support wider delivery needs.What You Will Do- Handle end-to-end hiring for a broad mix of technology roles. - Build steady and high-quality candidate pipelines through focused sourcing. - Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, set clear goals and improve performance. - Track all active requirements, maintain discipline across - Simplify the hiring funnel and close roles on time. - Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to keep priorities aligned. - Manage Sourcebae’s vendor network, onboard new vendors and review their performance. - Strengthen vendor coordination to support scale across different projects. - Maintain clean reports and structured documentation across all hiring stages.
