The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for IT and Engineering (Civil/Construction) roles, specifically within the US public sector domain. This role demands excellent sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills, with a strong understanding of technical requirements and compliance-driven hiring processes.Key Responsibilities:Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment process—from understanding job requirements to onboarding candidates—for IT and Civil/Construction Engineering roles.Sourcing: Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels including job boards (LinkedIn, indeed, Dice, etc.), internal databases, referrals, and social media platforms.Screening & Evaluation: Conduct resume reviews and phone screenings to assess candidates’ technical and functional skills, ensuring alignment with client needs.ATS & Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) while building a proactive talent pipeline for recurring roles.Reporting: Share timely updates with internal teams and clients on hiring metrics, candidate pipeline status, and market insights.Market Intelligence: Stay current with trends in US public sector hiring, compliance standards, and evolving technologies in the IT and civil engineering space.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Civil Engineering or related field).3–5 years of experience in US recruitment, with a proven track record of working on public sector/government client requirements.Strong knowledge of IT roles (e.g., Cybersecurity, InfoSec) and Civil/Construction Engineering positions.Proficiency in Boolean search, job portals, social recruiting, and other sourcing tools.Familiarity with hiring processes specific to US federal and state government clients is a strong advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
