Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead and supervise daily restaurant floor operations. This role is key to ensuring excellent guest experiences, smooth front-of-house performance, and alignment with brand standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day restaurant floor operations, ensuring outstanding customer service. Lead, train, and supervise front-of-house and service staff. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction. Ensure adherence to restaurant policies, hygiene, and health/safety regulations. Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency in collaboration with kitchen staff. Create staff schedules, manage shift allocations, and monitor attendance. Track sales, manage POS systems, and prepare daily/weekly reports. Assist with menu planning, promotions, and marketing initiatives to increase revenue. Work closely with the Operations Manager to align performance with overall business goals. Maintain a positive work culture and motivate staff to exceed expectations. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred). Minimum of 3–5 years of restaurant management experience. Strong leadership and people management skills. Proven ability to deliver excellent guest experiences. Knowledge of POS systems, food & beverage standards, and customer care.
