This role consists of desk work providing you with a well-rounded experience in the maritime industry. Key Responsibilities Assist Leadership in day-to-day tasks and ad hoc jobs. Conduct quality and compliance assessments. Prepare audit reports under supervision of the team leader. Job Requirements 2nd Mate (FG) CoC Sailing experience as a OOW with at least 12 months of sea time is a must. Strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance in the maritime industry. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computers and good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe, Power point, Excel, Power BI etc. An ability to work to deadlines and able to do multi-tasking. Must be able to work in a team-based environment and to work with all levels of people. Resourceful, meticulous, well-organized and ability to work independently. Possess a mature personality with interpersonal and organizational skills.
