Monitor and manage staff holidays and leave requests to ensure accurate records of available time off. Ensure that company policies are being followed without any lag. Support the performance management process, assisting in tracking and documenting employee performance on a daily/weekly basis. Maintain accurate documentation of employee records, including personal information and employment history. Maintain and manage information in databases in a structured form, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist with internal and external communications on behalf of the Head of HR. Qualifications Required: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field is preferred but not required. 0-0.6 months of relevant internship experience in HR, talent acquisition or related roles. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Must have problem-solving ability and open to feedback.
