Role - Head of Engineering Experience - 16 to 22 years Work Location - RemoteRequired Notice Period - Immediate Joiners Job DescriptionAs a hands-on and execution-focused engineering manager, you will lead a team that builds and scales the core customer quoting experience on .You’ll guide the team in solving complex technical and business problems while fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.You will be responsible for helping your team succeed by setting clear expectations, driving delivery, mentoring and coaching engineers, and collaborating closely with cross-functional partners.This is a highly impactful role for a driven leader who thrives on empowering others, removing blockers, and rolling up your sleeves when needed.QualificationsAt least 15+ years of experience and a proven track record leading software development teams in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.Has led a team of 20+ people. Can mentor engineers, but also keep an eye on engineers who did not meet the bar.Strong technical expertise.
