Company: AiHello (Amazon advertising automation + managed services) Location: India (Remote) Type: Full-time Experience: 2+ years in Amazon Demand-Side Platform What you will doYou will own Amazon Demand-Side Platform campaigns end to end for Amazon brands, from strategy to execution to reporting.Build and manage Amazon Demand-Side Platform campaigns: setup, budgets, audience segmentation, creative trafficking, optimization, and reportingDevelop full-funnel strategies using display, video, and over-the-top or connected television inventoryConduct audience research and create targeting plans (prospecting, retargeting, lookalikes, and similar audience strategies)Optimize daily to hit key metrics like return on ad spend, click-through rate, and cost per acquisitionMonitor pacing, delivery, and budget allocation to ensure targets are metAnalyze performance and turn data into clear action items and testsTroubleshoot campaign issues quickly and prevent repeat problemsCoordinate with creative to ensure assets match Amazon Demand-Side Platform specs and campaign goalsPresent weekly performance updates and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholdersStay current on platform features and best practices, and test new capabilitiesWhat we are looking forHands-on Amazon Demand-Side Platform campaign ownership (not just reporting)Strong skills in audience strategy, testing plans, and optimization routinesComfortable explaining results and tradeoffs to clients in simple languageStrong attention to detail for pacing, trafficking, and quality checksSolid spreadsheet skills and clean reporting habitsReliable internet, ability to work independently, and fast response time during campaign issuesNice to haveExperience with Amazon Sponsored Ads and Amazon Marketing CloudExperience running over-the-top or connected television campaignsExperience working with agencies or multiple brands at onceFamiliarity with creative specs, troubleshooting rejected ads, and tracking setupHow success will be measuredHitting performance targets (return on ad spend, cost per acquisition, click-through rate)Stable pacing and clean delivery without surprisesQuality of insights and recommendations, not just dashboardsSpeed and accuracy in execution and issue resolutionClear, consistent communication with the team and clientsHow to applySend a message with:Your Amazon Demand-Side Platform experience summary1 or 2 examples of results you drove (numbers preferred)Your expected monthly compensation in INR
