Job Title: Facebook Ads Manager Key Responsibilities Creative Strategy & Concept Development ∙Develop creative concepts, angles, hooks, and messaging tailored for Facebook & Instagram Ads. ∙Research competitors, industry trends, and creative best practices to propose new ideas. ∙Draft storyboards, scripts, and visual layouts for ad campaigns. ∙Identify winning hooks and creative trends across Meta platforms. Ad Creative Production ∙Create engaging static graphics, carousels, short-form videos, and motion graphics. ∙Produce scroll-stopping thumbnails, headlines, and CTA variations. ∙Edit and repurpose existing assets into multiple creative versions. ∙Collaborate with designers or video editors to finalize high-quality deliverables. Creative Testing & Optimization ∙Recommend split-tests based on creative variations (hook, copy, visuals, formats). ∙Analyze creative performance and identify what elements are working. ∙Provide weekly insights on creative optimizations and new directions. ∙Build and maintain a library of winning creatives and angles. Marketing Collaboration ∙Work closely with the media buyer or marketing manager to align creative strategy with campaign goals. ∙Ensure all creatives follow brand guidelines and messaging standards. ∙Assist in planning monthly content & creative calendars. Qualifications & Skills ∙2+ years of experience creating Facebook/Instagram ad creatives (agency or brand-side preferred). ∙Strong understanding of direct response and performance-driven creative principles. ∙Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, CapCut). ∙Ability to come up with engaging hooks, storytelling angles, and persuasive ad copy. ∙Knowledge of social media trends and ad creative best practices. ∙Strong analytical mindset to interpret creative performance results. ∙Excellent communication and organizational skills. ∙Ability to work independently and produce creatives on tight timelines.US shiftSalary- 20-22k (4 Hours)
