Description- Talent Acquisition (Hyderabad preferably) Experience 7+ years into Domestic Technical Hiring . Candidate needs to be from Renowned college.Should have worked for 7+ years into technology Hiring (Domestics)Source candidates through various channels (referrals, job advertising, direct sourcing, etc.).Screen candidates for qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.Facilitate interview rounds, document feedback, and handle offer issuance.Manage pre-onboarding, including document collection and checklist completion.Ensure timely updates on candidate status in HRMS or email.Conduct initial phone and video interviews with candidates.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and interview questions.Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.Collaborate with senior recruiters and HR team members.Ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages of the recruitmentAssist in organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment events.Prepare and send offer letters and employment contracts.Excellent with PowerPoint and ExcelSomeone who can do weekly, monthly, quarterly meeting with Hiring Managers.Proactive approach, smart worker, keen learner.Excellent with Market insights, market study.Who can do competitor analysis and give insights.Excellent communication skills.Smart Personality.
