Job Description : Senior MERN + MySQL Developer(Contract/Freelancing)Position: Senior MERN Stack DeveloperExperience Required: 9+ YearsWork Type: Freelancing / Contractual RoleShift Timing: 7:30 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)Location: Remote (PAN India)About the RoleWe are looking for a highly experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer with strongexpertise in MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, and backend system architecture. The idealcandidate will have a proven track record of delivering scalable, high-performanceapplications and working independently in a remote contractual environment.Key Responsibilities Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable applications using the MERN stack(MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js). Design, implement, and manage MySQL databases, queries, stored procedures, andperformance tuning. Work with Redis for caching, session management, and improving applicationperformance. Implement and manage queuing systems, especially RabbitMQ, for data processingand event-driven architecture. Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express. Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to ensure seamless integration andsmooth performance. Ensure code quality, testing, debugging, and deployment within the given timelines. Identify technical risks and recommend solutions for improvements. Handle complex backend logic and large-scale distributed systems. Participate in code reviews and adhere to industry best practices.Required Technical Skills MERN Stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js Database: Strong proficiency in MySQL Caching: Redis Queuing System: RabbitMQ Frontend: React.js with modern hooks, state management, component architecture Backend: Node.js, Express.js, API development Experience with microservices, asynchronous processing, and scalable architectures Strong understanding of system design, performance tuning, and security bestpracticesAdditional Requirements Minimum 9+ years of experience in full-stack development Ability to work independently in a night shift (7:30 PM – 4:00 AM) Strong problem-solving ability and debugging skills Excellent communication skills and ability to handle client interaction Ready to join on an immediate or short notice
