As a BDR Manager, you will drive the company's high growth numbers and play an integral role in the success of the sales organization.ResponsibilitiesHire, train and manage a team of India-based Business Development Reps (BDRs) who are focused on cold-calling and setting meetings for US-based Account Executives that will drive successful businessDrive strategy and vision for the team in support of sales goals and create a scalable infrastructure to support our high growthPartner with Sales, Marketing and US-Based BDR teams to establish outbound strategyWork closely with Sales Operations to establish, enforce, and improve team efficiency, effectiveness, and reportingRequirementsBA/BS degree requiredExperience prospecting and leading a team who prospects into medium and large size businesses in the US.3+ years of success building, leading, and managing a team of BDRs, or inside sales professionals in a B2B technology company selling into US markets.Proven abilities to think strategically and influence cross-functionally to drive resultsA deep level of experience in sales development best practices and developing, coaching, and scaling sales development teamsAn outstanding history of leadership, strategy and analysisA track record thriving in a fast moving, entrepreneurial and self-starting environment that leverages creativity and insightOutstanding organization and time management skillsHigh degree of business acumenHigh attention to detail while being able to multitaskWhy You’ll Join UsAt Birdeye, we seek to innovate and to be the #1 product in our category, which means we continually raise the bar to deliver meaningful results for ourselves and our customers.
