The ideal candidate will be capable of independently handling complex technical challenges, thinking strategically, and building scalable end-to-end applications while taking complete ownership of architecture and deployment.Key Responsibilities1. Full Stack DevelopmentBuild and maintain production-grade applications using Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) and React/Next.js.Develop reusable frontend components and optimized backend services/microservices.Maintain clean architecture, scalability, and high code quality.Own the complete SDLC—design, development, testing, deployment, and support.2. Generative AI, LLMs & Agentic SystemsBuild AI-driven applications using LLMs (OpenAI, LLaMA, Claude, Gemini, etc.).Develop and optimize RAG pipelines, vector search systems, embeddings, and agentic workflows.Work with vector databases: Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, MongoDB Atlas Vector Search.Build AI chatbots, automation agents, and intelligent assistants.Apply best practices in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation.3. Cloud & DevOpsDeploy and manage cloud workloads on AWS / Azure / GCP.Design serverless architectures, microservices, and event-driven pipelines.Work with Docker, CI/CD, and DevOps standards.Ensure scalability, security, cost optimization, and reliability.4.
