The ideal candidate should demonstrate accuracy, familiarity with key RCM tools, and strong communication abilities to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Accurately post payments, adjustments, and denials into relevant practice management systems.Review and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), Electronic Remittance Advice (ERAs), and payer correspondence.Reconcile daily payment deposits and ensure correctness in posting.Identify discrepancies, underpayments, and missing ERA/EOB issues and resolve them promptly.Coordinate with AR, billing, and internal teams to address posting-related queries.Track recurring payment issues and report trends to the supervisor.Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines.Meet assigned productivity and accuracy targets consistently.Key Competencies:Strong communication skills and high proficiency in English (written and verbal).Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in high-volume tasks.Solid understanding of U.S. healthcare payment posting processes.Analytical mindset with the ability to spot discrepancies and variances.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Familiarity with commonly used RCM tools and software, including:Practice Management Systems (PMS): eClinicalWorks (eCW), Athena, AdvancedMD, Kareo, NextGenClearinghouses: Availity, Change Healthcare, WaystarPayment Posting Tools: ERA import modules, payer portalsMicrosoft Excel, Outlook, Google SheetsAdaptability and willingness to learn new billing systems and processes quickly.Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).2–3 years of experience in U.S. Healthcare Payment Posting or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).Prior experience working with medical billing software and payer portals.Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes is an added advantage.To Apply:
