Job Description: Senior Associate Credit Location:Remote – India Working Hours:Eastern Standard Time (US)About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientedSenior Associate Creditto join our team and strengthen our credit and deal execution capabilities. The successful candidate will have 7-8 years of relevant credit experience and will work closely with the US lending team to support underwriting, credit analysis, and transaction execution.Key Responsibilities Draft clear, accurate, and comprehensivecredit memosfor transactions. Prepare, review, and analyzeloan term sheets . Conduct financial and credit analysis to supportunderwriting decisions . Assist in identifying and assessing risks, and provide recommendations to mitigate them. Collaborate with the US lending team to ensure timely and efficient deal execution. Maintain high attention to detail while working across multiple transactions simultaneously.Qualifications & Skills ( Masters in Finance) 3–7 years ofcredit analysis / underwriting experiencewith financial institutions, lenders, or investment managers. Candidates with prior experience in investor relations will be preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid foundation incredit fundamentals . Excellent writing skills and ability to prepare professional reports and memos. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools. Exposure toreal estate debtis highly preferred. Good in Financial Modeling Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.Additional Details Work Environment:Fully remote, based in India.
