We work with parents across India and NRIs globally, helping children build confidence beyond academics.Role Overview We’re looking for aData Analyst Intern – Performance Marketingwho will work closely with thepaid ads and growth team . This role focuses ontracking, analyzing, and optimizing marketing performanceacross platforms like Meta, Google, and landing pages to improveROAS, CAC, and conversions .Key Responsibilities • Analyzepaid marketing dataacross Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms • Track end-to-endfunnel metrics(Leads → Trials → Enrollments → Revenue) • Build and maintainperformance dashboards(Excel / Google Sheets / Looker Studio / Power BI) • MonitorCAC, ROAS, CPL, conversion rates , and cohort performance • Identify winning creatives, audiences, and funnels using data • SupportA/B testingfor ads, landing pages, and offers • Createdaily/weekly performance reportswith clear insights and action points • Flag anomalies and performance drops earlyRequired Skills • StrongExcel / Google Sheetsskills (Pivot Tables, Lookups, formulas) • BasicSQLfor data extraction and analysis • High comfort withnumbers, ratios, and trends • Ability to connectmarketing data → business outcomes • Strong attention to detail and consistency in reportingGood to Have • Familiarity withMeta Ads Manager / Google Ads • BasicSQLfor data extraction and analysis • Experience withLooker Studio / Power BI / Tableau • Basic Python (Pandas) for data cleaning • Understanding ofperformance marketing metrics(CTR, CPC, CPL, CAC, ROAS) • Experience working with funnels or attribution dataWho Should Apply • Final-year students or recent graduates• Background in Engineering, Math, Economics, Statistics, Business, or Analytics • Candidates withhands-on marketing or analytics projectspreferredWhat You’ll Gain • Real exposure tohigh-spend performance marketing systems • Learn how data drivesscaling decisions • Work closely withgrowth and leadership teams • Certificate of Internship.
