What You Will Work OnAs an IT Recruiter Intern, you will: Work hands-on withAI-powered talent matching systemsto identify top tech professionals Source candidates using structured deep-tech workflows across enterprise technologies Use ourClient Portalto understand requirements, role scopes, and system-generated insights Manage candidate journeys through theCandidate Portaland automated notification flows Interpret AI-generated match reports and refine shortlists for accuracy Work on active global technical roles across SAP, Salesforce, cloud computing, AI/ML, DevOps, backend/frontend engineering, and more Conduct initial screening and behavioural assessments Build and maintain structured talent pools using advanced tagging and metadata Collaborate with the operations and delivery teams to ensure timely role fulfillment Use data-driven dashboards to monitor sourcing quality, pipeline health, and conversion metrics Contribute to improving sourcing algorithms, workflows, and platform intelligence Support the design of next-gen hiring playbooks and structured workflows This role trains you to operate like amodern, systems-enabled recruiter , not a spreadsheet-based one.
