Key Responsibilities: Greet passengers, assist with seating, and address special needs (children, elderly, passengers with disabilities). Serve meals, beverages, and onboard products professionally and accurately. Manage passenger requests, complaints, and concerns with patience and courtesy. Ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming cabin environment. Support cabin preparation for takeoff and landing. Communicate with the cockpit crew and follow operational instructions. Manage in-flight announcements and updates. Complete post-flight duties - inventory checks, documentation, and reporting incidents if any. Administer first aid when required. Assist passengers in evacuations or emergency landings. Remain calm and provide clear guidance during high-stress situations. Candidate Profile: Effective communication with pleasing personality is vital for conveying information and providing assistance to passengers. Need to be friendly, helpful, and approachable to create a positive experience for passengers. Able to think on their feet and handle unexpected situations calmly and efficiently. Work as a team to ensure the smooth and safe operation of the flight. Maintaining a professional appearance and conduct is essential for representing the airline.
