Work Mode: Remote Engagement: Freelance / Flexible Hours Overview We are seeking skilled AI Content Evaluators with proficiency in Urdu to assess, review, and compare AI-generated responses. This role involves identifying toxic or harmful content, understanding linguistic nuances, and ensuring high-quality model performance. If you are fluent in Urdu, culturally aware, and detail-oriented, this opportunity is a great fit. Key Responsibilities Evaluate AI-generated outputs in Urdu (both native script and transliterated formats such as “Urdish”). Identify and flag harmful, toxic, or hate-based content, including subtle or context-dependent cases. Compare and score AI model responses based on project-defined guidelines. Categorize toxicity types such as harassment, hate speech, harmful intent, or abusive expressions. Provide brief explanations for flagged items when required. Maintain accuracy, consistency, and adherence to quality standards in all evaluations. Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in Urdu and English . Minimum 1 year of experience in content moderation, linguistic evaluation, data annotation, content writing, or related fields. Strong understanding of Urdu cultural nuances, dialects, slang, and sensitive expressions . Ability to detect toxicity in both Urdu script and transliterated Urdu (Urdish) . Strong analytical and evaluation skills with high attention to detail. Prior experience in moderation, LQA, annotation, or quality evaluation is preferred. Education Bachelor’s degree in any field.
