Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jalandhar for a Senior Admissions Counselor. The role involves guiding prospective students and their families through the admissions process, addressing inquiries, providing detailed program information, and conducting campus tours. The Senior Admissions Counselor will also develop and execute strategies for student enrollment and collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a seamless admission experience. Achieving enrollment targets and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders will be key responsibilities. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills Experience in Customer Service and a student-focused mindset Proven abilities in Sales and enrollment efforts for educational programs Knowledge of the Education sector and academic counseling best practices Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is a plus Organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite is desirable
