Below are the key responsibilities and expectations for the role:Your Key Responsibilities Facility & Equipment Maintenance Maintain and troubleshoot ACs, DG sets, RO/Water systems, UPS, CCTV cameras, and fire safety equipment.Ensure classroom infrastructure—including smart boards, seating, lighting, and IT assets—is always fully functional.Conduct routine inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.Preventive Maintenance Implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and extend asset life.Maintain AMC files, service logs, and maintenance registers.Safety & Compliance Follow and enforce safety SOPs and emergency protocols.Conduct regular checks of fire alarms, extinguishers, and emergency exits.Ensure all statutory and compliance documentation is updated.Vendor & Staff Coordination Supervise third-party teams such as housekeeping, security, and service contractors.Track performance, ensure service quality, and coordinate manpower as required.Utilities & Cost Optimization Monitor and record diesel, electricity, water, and HVAC usage.Suggest and implement cost-saving measures across the facility.Inventory & Asset Management Manage stock of consumables, tools, and spare parts.Oversee procurement, quotations, and purchase tracking.Ensure proper tagging, tracking, and auditing of all assets.Documentation & Reporting Maintain maintenance logs, vendor reports, incident records, and compliance files.Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports and share with management.Cross-Team Coordination Work closely with regional admin and operations teams.Support classroom operations, IT teams, and any center events.Address issues quickly and ensure smooth daily functioning.
