This role is central to driving revenue growth, ensure operational efficiency, and strengthening Shay’s marketplace presence.Key Responsibilities 1.Markerplace Operations & Account Management Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, and other marketplaces. Oversee product listings, catalogue accuracy, A+ content, images, variations, titles, and SEO. Coordinate with marketplace account managers for growth initiatives, visibility, and operational improvements. Ensure smooth order processing, dispatch, returns management, and seller performance compliance.2.Revenue Growth & Performance Own marketplace sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them. Track daily sales, pricing, inventory, and performance metrics. Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, coupons, and event sales (Prime Day, BBD, etc.). Identify growth opportunities using data insights, competition benchmarking, and category trends.ventory & Supply Chain Management Forecast demand based on trends and sales velocity. Monitor stock levels across FBA/SmartFulfillment and warehouse to prevent OOS or overstocking. Work closely with operations to plan replenishments and maintain healthy inventory turns.4.Advertising & Performance Tracking Collaborate with the performance marketing team to optimise Amazon Ads and marketplace promotions. Review campaign performance, ACOS/ROAS, and category ranking. Recommend changes in bids, budgets, keywords, or campaign structure.5.Reporting & Insights Maintain daily/weekly/monthly dashboards for sales, ads, inventory, and operational metrics. Share business insights and recommendations with leadership. Monitor customer reviews and coordinate improvements in product quality, packaging, and service.Requirements 2–5 years of experience managing marketplace accounts (Amazon is a must). Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, SEO, inventory planning, and pricing strategies. Hands-on experience with Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and reporting tools. Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets proficiency. Excellent coordination skills—across ops, marketing, and marketplace teams. Experience in D2C, consumer goods, or home/kitchen category is a plus.
