This role is perfect for someone who excels at communication, relationship-building, and proactive customer support. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for educators, ensuring smooth implementations and delivering an outstanding support experience across multiple accounts.What You’ll Do:- Use account support plans and efficiency tools to deliver proactive, high-quality support to educators. -- Ensure all assigned accounts are properly onboarded and set up for successful implementation. -- Monitor implementation health data to identify and address areas of concern. - Guide educators in analyzing student performance and growth data within the i-Ready Connect platform. - Use Excel to manipulate assessment and instruction data and support educator data analysis. - Provide ad-hoc reporting for implementation needs as required. - Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to support renewals. - Identify opportunities for product expansion and collaborate with sales teams. - Support pilot programs to drive successful conversions. - Incorporate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion messaging in internal and educator-facing interactions.Who We’re Looking For:- Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience. - 1+ year experience in customer service, sales, or teaching (or a combination). - Proficiency with Outlook, Salesforce, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS365. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to build trust and rapport. - Quick learner with the ability to grasp new and complex concepts. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions. - Self-starter with strong ownership, decision-making ability, and comfort navigating ambiguity. - Highly organized with effective time management and prioritization skills. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with pressing deadlines. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and accountability.Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Marketing/Business. - 2+ years experience in customer success, sales, or teaching. - Experience as a K–12 Educator, in Education Sales, or Customer Management. - Experience supporting U.S.-based customers via virtual meetings.-If you’re passionate about supporting educators and driving successful implementations, we’d love to consider your application.
