This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams while maintaining high service standards.Roles and Responsibilities:-1. Operational Management- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning and timely delivery of objectives. - Implement operational strategies, processes, and best practices to optimize workflow. - Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.2. Team Leadership & Coordination- Lead, mentor, and supervise the operations team to achieve departmental goals. - Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions. - Foster collaboration between internal departments for seamless operations.3. Process Improvement- Analyze current processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost reduction. - Drive automation initiatives and implement SOPs. - Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and regulations.4.
